How do I contact the landlord?
You can generally contact the landlord by phone or the integrated booking request form on the detailed page of the listing. By using the booking request form, the room seeker has the possibility to ask for a non-binding request with detailed information about the stay. The landlord receives the request via E-Mail and can also review it in the personal customer area under requests.
I forgot my password / How can I log in?
You only need your e-mail address or customer number when logging in, as well as a system-generated login code, which will then be sent to your e-mail address. The previous password is no longer required. Important! Our staff will NEVER ask you for a password or login code. Do not pass on this information to third parties.
Why are my pictures not displayed after uploading?
All changes need around 15 minutes after saving to appear online. If the pictures are still not displayed, please contact our customer support team.
