Our newly renovated apartment house (non-smoking house) is in a quiet location yet close to the city in Bad König. Aldi, Rossmann and Edeka about 800 meters away. Apartment house is designed for 16 people.

Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchenette in the room with accessories, 90x200 cm separate beds with bed linen, wardrobe, table, chairs and television with internet connection. TV programs can only be viewed via the Internet. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment house.
In the basement there is a communal laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack and clothes lines.

In the kitchenette you will find: dishes, pots, refrigerator, 2-ring stove, microwave, press coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

Public parking spaces are located on Höhenstraße. There are 4 parking spaces for small cars at the house.
Free WiFi throughout the property.

The key is hanging on the door upon arrival. When you leave, leave the key hanging on the door again.

Departure/Check-Out: Until 10 a.m
Quiet hours: Guests must remain quiet between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
