There is also access to the new fitted kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. From the kitchen you enter the downstairs bathroom with shower and WC, and there is also the rear entrance to the garden and terrace.

From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the green garden in the afternoon sun. In summer you can barbecue here and enjoy a drink after work.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway with a sofa bed.
The bedrooms are each furnished with a 140x200cm double bed, closet or chest of drawers, a desk and a Smart TV.

Thanks to the practical layout, it is possible to use the living room as a separate bedroom, meaning that there are three bedrooms available. The dining area on the ground floor and the spacious hallway with sofa on the upper floor are also available for communal use.

The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub.

Towels, bed linen and kitchen utensils are provided.

Brokdorf is approx. 15 minutes away by car, Brunsbüttel approx. 20 minutes.

The house is only rented as a whole, no individual rooms. The price per night is 110,00 EUR including 7% VAT. For a rental period of 14 days or more, an individual price can be arranged.

Pets are allowed.
