Underfloor heating, high-quality 7-zone pocket spring mattress with Lumatex® hybrid foam cover, quiet private refrigerator, kettle, WiFi, clothes dryer, wardrobe, and a dining or work table.
Towels and bed linen are included.

Additionally, there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area.
The apartment includes a newly renovated shower room with a toilet and an additional separate toilet.
A beautiful garden for relaxing and barbecuing is located behind the house.

Aldi, Lidl, and Edeka are just around the corner.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.

All prices include all utilities (water, electricity, TV, and WiFi) plus 7% VAT.
Cleaning + bed linen change every two weeks: €130.
An extra bed is available.
A viewing in advance is possible. We speak German and English.
