All costs (electricity, water and final cleaning) are included in the overnight price.
For stays of 7 nights or more, a small intermediate cleaning (sanitary) and a change of bed linen can be made in consultation.
Payment 14 days before arrival in one amount.
For short-term bookings, cash payment for the entire stay upon arrival.
Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival in writing by email. If you cancel after that, a cancellation fee of from €20.00.
Check in on the day of arrival from 3:30 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m.)
Check out on the day of departure by 8:00 p.m. (to still have the opportunity to treat yourself to a nice day in the Swabian Alb, while shopping or relaxing and to refresh yourself before departure and to leave your luggage safely in the apartment)
