Parking is available directly in front of the house on the street. 1 double bed 180x200, a sturdy sofa bed 120x200, and a mobile folding bed 90x200 - all with comfortable toppers. Bed linen and towels included. The apartment has a total of 2.5 rooms with an open kitchen. It is fully equipped, including a new Bosch dishwasher and a fridge-freezer combination with Biofresh compartment from the premium manufacturer Liebherr, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwashing liquid, Bosch vacuum cleaner, and much more. In the living room, a new TV (55 inches) with satellite connection, Google TV, and Chromecast provides entertainment. You can relax in the comfortable TV chair (swivel and with footrest). A line of up to 50 Mbit/s for fast internet is available. Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. On the spacious terrace, you can enjoy the panoramic view. Sun loungers and seating are available. The city center of Balingen can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Thanks to the train station in Engstlatt, public transport can also be used. The city center has a car-free pedestrian zone with attractive shops, pubs, and cafes. A large weekly market takes place on the market square on Saturdays.

Upon request, we are happy to allow you to store your bicycles or charge your electric car. We are looking for respectful guests who treat the apartment with care, do not smoke in the apartment, and behave appropriately in the residential environment. Pets are not allowed in the apartment to ensure a healthy stay for allergy sufferers.

Every 10 days, the apartment is cleaned, and the bed linen is changed, for which €15 is charged each time.

From the district of Balingen-Engstlatt, you can reach the Black Forest, Switzerland, Lake Constance, and Stuttgart within an hour. Engstlatt is optimally connected to the infrastructure:
