The kitchen has a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cooking and eating utensils, kitchen utensils and a dining table with 6 chairs.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. It also has underfloor heating.

2 double rooms each have 2 single beds, wardrobes and desserts. Two further single beds are in the large, open room with a balcony, which is also equipped with a couch and Smart TV.

The apartment has its own DSL connection and WLAN router with 100 Mbit/s.

Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
