The well-equipped and excellently located holiday apartment in the Binger Weiher is now available for holidaymakers, spa guests and tradesmen. Due to its size of approx. 70 square meters and its excellent layout, the apartment is ideal for any type of stay.
After a long day of hiking or working, you can relax and park in your own parking space assigned to the apartment. This is right in front of the house.

*Description of the apartment:
- own entrance
- own terrace
- covered terrace
- 2 bedrooms (each room has 3 single beds)
- Hallway / living area (pull-out couch in the living room)
- Own kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, etc.)
- own bathroom
- 6 - 7 adults
- suitable for children (toddler beds are available)

*Bed linen, towels and shower utensils:
We offer bed linen and towels for our guests when they first move in.

*Electric vehicles:
Currently, charging electric cars is only possible via a 230 volt connection for an additional charge. You must bring your own charging cable.

*Payment of rent:
Payments are made in advance by bank transfer or in cash.
As soon as payment has been received, check-in is possible.
If the stay is extended, payment for the extension must be credited to the account before the end of the first booking.

*Deposit:
Deposit is between 500 euros and 1200 euros (depending on the length of stay and the number of guests)

*Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in: 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m
Check-out: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m

*Rest times:
12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m
10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m

*Tourist taxes:
A big advantage is that our guests do not have to pay a guest fee to the Rhine-Nahe Association "Weiler bei Bingen".
This saves you extra costs.

*Smoke:
Smoking is not permitted within the apartment or lounge area/rooms.
Smoking is permitted on the terrace.

*Stays:
- Long-term stays are possible
- Short-term stays (minimum 2 nights)

* Cleaning fee:
- 49.00 euros for short-term stays
- 59.00 euros for long-term stays

* Fees for animals:
- 15.00 euros per week may apply per pet
- Please contact us in advance if you would like to take a pet with you
