The boarding house has a large parking lot for more than 20 vehicles. The windows have electric blinds. The beds can be arranged with a 1.60-meter double bed or two single beds. Check-in is fully automated. The property has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers in the communal area. There is outdoor seating and a terrace on the second floor with seating and a barbecue area.
