It is a fully furnished apartment (66sqm) in a renovated apartment building in Zwickau (Bahnhofsstadt) for max. 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms / living rooms with a total of 5 separate beds and 2 sitting areas with tables and wardrobes. There is a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a hall with shoe rack and cloakroom, a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a large freezer-fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and much more. The rental price includes electricity, water, heating, WiFi, 2x flat-screen TV with Internet TV, kitchen radio, washing machine, towels, bed linen and cleaning. Smoking is only allowed from the windows.
