Our cozy accommodation is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Hoyerswerda and offers a high level of comfort and relaxation for 2 to 6 people - adapted to the needs of (assembly) workers. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with natural light, bathtub and walk-in shower.

The two bedrooms are furnished with a total of 6 comfortable single beds, as well as wardrobes and seating.
The lounge has a TV and two sofas, as well as a dining table and chairs. The sofa can alternatively be used with a sleeping function for an additional sleeping place.
The kitchen is equipped with the usual cooking utensils as well as a coffee machine, microwave and kettle.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment.
There is a terrace in front of the apartment with a view of the inner courtyard.

A sufficient number of parking spaces are available on the fenced property.

The accommodation is located in Hoyerswerda in the middle of the beautiful "Lausitzer Seenland" - a region with many lakes around. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached on foot in approx. 10 to 15 minutes. Public transport is just a 2-minute walk away.
Numerous lakes can be reached by car in a radius of up to approx. 25 minutes,
restaurants and leisure activities.
