The accommodation is located on a side street and therefore there is a pleasant calm. The rooms are equipped with a satellite TV, closet, table and chairs. The beds can be set up separately or together. There is also a washroom with hand wash basin, toilet, shower and bathtub and another washroom with sink and toilet. A fully equipped kitchen with 6 seats, 4-burner stove, oven and large fridge with freezer. The service also includes free WiFi access and final cleaning.
The tenant is responsible for keeping the rooms tidy during the rental period.

Booked rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated and made available by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the agreed departure date. An extension of the usage requires the express consent. If the room is used after 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, an additional day will be charged.
Free cancellations are possible up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation up to one day before arrival will be invoiced at 50 percent of the agreed daily rate.
In the event of cancellation on the day of departure, the full agreed daily price will be charged.
Bookings and cancellations are only accepted in writing by email and post.
For a long-term rental, separate discounts can be requested.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our guest house.
The tenants are liable for any damage incurred.
Damage caused by the tenant must be reported immediately.
