Parking directly in front of the door for at least 5 large vehicles.

The building is located on a side street in Bremen-Hemelingen. The Mercedes-Benz Bremen plant is in the immediate vicinity (3 minutes by car). Shops are also within easy walking distance (10 minutes), as are a bakery and numerous other shops. There is also a McDonald's restaurant and several gas stations nearby (5 minutes by car) as well as small fast food restaurants if necessary.

Bremen city center can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Public transport is in the immediate vicinity:
Bus: 3 minutes on foot
Train: 10 minutes on foot (1 stop to the center in 4 minutes)
Tram: 10 minutes walk

The building is divided into 8 parties, each of which can be individually locked including an intercom system. Each party has its own bathroom including a toilet and shower.
