Just outside Ingolstadt in the heart of Kösching, we offer newly renovated accommodation for fitters and craftsmen for your staff.
The older house can accommodate up to 12 people in total!
Your fitters can spend the night in 5 spacious rooms and prepare and relax for the next working day.
Of course, you can also rent the house exclusively for your company.
We would then agree a flat rate.
You can cook and cater for yourself in our spacious kitchen. There are two bathrooms where your employees can wash and shower.
All stores for daily needs are within walking distance.
A large garden for barbecuing and relaxing is also part of the property and may be used by our tenants.
You will find the following facilities in our rooms:
- Single beds
- TV and Internet
- fridge
- closet
- Table with chairs
There are enough parking spaces for your vehicles on the premises.
Please note that the minimum stay is 14 days!
You are also welcome to rent the house for longer periods.

Additional pricing information
All prices are net. Therefore, an additional 7% VAT will be added.
Additionally, we charge a one-time cleaning fee of 30€ net per room.
If you rent the entire house, we charge 100€ net!
PLEASE NOTE: The minimum stay is one week!
Check-in will only be provided if the invoice amount has been paid in advance via bank transfer.
No reception, Check-In via Keyboy, Contactless Check-In.
